Refunds & Returns Policy
- Please contact customer service on our site, indicating the item (s) you want to return and the reason. You will receive a reply ASAP. Thank you very much for your patience.
- After receiving our return instructions, please package the item (s) to be returned in the original packaging.
- Drop off the package at your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt of your package by our teams. We will make the refund to your SHEIN wallet if you do not tell us in advance that you prefer a refund to your bank account. The amount in the SHEIN wallet can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn from your account. Once the refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.
- You have 30 days to change your mind on one or more item (s) and contact us to return it (s).
- The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry and accessories (except scarves, bags & mermaid blankets).
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept any item worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept items returned to us directly without contacting us first.
- We do not offer postage due services for packages returned to us. Returns are made at your expense.
Note: Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Please contact our customer service if you want to return items to the nearest address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will hinder the smooth flow of the process.
